I have a 68 plate Discovery and I would like to install a tow bar for the odd occasion for when I might tow a caravan and a trailer in the future. I do not want the tow bar to be on display when not in use so a detachable version would be preferable.

Preferably I would also not want to noticeably alter the rear appearance of the car by cutting or changing panels to accommodate tow bar if at all possible.

Westfalia provide a detachable tow bar which they claim is invisible once the tow bar neck is removed and I just wondered if anyone had this tow bar installed and if it is as they promote - invisible when removed.
