Default NAS Tow bar kit

Need some help here!
I have the a used NAS tow bar kit installed on my 2004 Discovery 2 and I need to show proof to the local authority that it is a factory accessory in order to use it. I've tried the local dealer and not getting any help. I would need copy of the Fitting Instruction or any reference material in regards to the towing capacity of the tow bar. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Google land rover topix. You should be able to find the fitting instructions there.

Thanks for the help!
The NAS tow bar kit part #VUB 104850 is not listed in Land Rover Topix. Anyone has a copy of the fitting instruction and could scan me a copy?

The only instructions there are for the UK/EU towing kit. Nothing for the NAS vehicles.

Where do you live that you have to provide the heritage of the tow receiver hitch? I have never been questioned about my receiver hitch. We could all go around and photograph every Discovery with a factory hitch receiver and send the images to you. They's all look exactly like that one. This looks like authority over-reach to me. Good luck.

They still show it on the land rover website:

Land Rover Accessories Online Catalogue. - DISCOVERY 2 - Carrying & Towing - Towing - NAS Tow Bar

It also shows in microcat:
