Website lists it as fitting. If it doesn’t fit FCP would be liable for shipping. But you should confirm yourself.

this is BS!
ZF recommends a flush 8years/50k miles. Better late than never.
I had rear axle issue with my car after selling dealer replaced it, pre-sale, i did not know about it, 1600 miles later axle popped off or damages the sensor, tranny was free revving (either some kind of safe mode along code p215b). Local TP dealer said i need new tranny after taking an oil sample, said oil was black and had glitter.
Took car to selling dealer asking about used car warranty as it had only been 3 weeks, they took car, told me axle was faulty and said tranny is totally fine. oil is black is is normal wear, car is 2018 with 56k miles.

Moral of my story is - If you plan to keep your disco, I would do a tranny flash, along with diffs and transfer case - i am doing all. I think LR calls for diffs and transfer case at 4 years/64k

So you got the tranny going? Without a re-build?
Hoorah!!
So that first dealer was trying to rip you off; I'm so glad you got a second opinion!

TY! yeah, it is a long story, in the end things worked out for me.
The dealer who sold me the car (was a MINI dealer), they replaced rear axle when they inspected the car, then I towed the car to a TP dealer close to where i liver who mostly work on LR. From their prospective, they probably thought i got screwed up with a "bad" car and seeing the symptoms of free revving when a gear, took oil sample it was dark and "saw glitter" - they told me need a new tranny. They had no idea axle was attempted to be replaced although apparently MINI dealer said it was obvious was axle problem...
Then, after me whining to selling MINI dealer asking to help with repair under their used car warranty, they finally said will honer the used car warranty (i was beyond the 1k miles, was at 1600, and i respect that). I towed the car to them (T-G-AAA, they told me the next day something was wrong with the axle they had previously replaced, did not say it was popped off as it seemed, said it was defective or wrong part....
they supposedly bought and installed a new axle (or just properly installed the old on . In their defense, they are not charging me.
I do plan to replace my "black glittery" tranny fluid, but after 56K it might be some what expected. I hope it is wont be glittery and the first TP dealer just exaggerated

I'm glad the mini dealer did right by you. I pray you have a long and happy ownership experience with your "new to you" D5!
I think you're on the right track to lend more credence to the manufacturer of the ZF 50K mile service interval recommendation. I plan to service mine at 50k.
LR recommends a tranny service at 144k miles. That's hard for me to believe.

Thanks for the link! I'll have to look into a kit like this when mine comes due for service. I did notice the filter in the link is black and FCP Euro sells one that's silver; I wonder which is closer to OEM?
