Something sounds wrong here. I emailed Liberty Bell and got a $2400 quote for 3 years/36K miles on my 2017 D5 with 41K miles on it. So why should mine be almost the same price for way less miles and years coverage?

In the end they have to match premiums with payouts for the economics to work. So it's a clear example of "if it looks too good to be true...".
Of course expensive doesn't always mean good, as they could be windfall profits. But cheap almost always means you won't get them to pay your claims...

i've been looking at them as well. definitely worried it's too good to be true. anyone have any experience with any other, even more expensive, options?

This is what I just got quoted via email by Liberty Bell. I am also in the boat of too good to be true. TRying to get a quote from Continental, as it was also mentioned in the D5 forum by another member.

2017 Land Rover Discovery 47000

Your Custom Quote

Years Of Coverage 3

it looks like continental might be only when you purchase already through the dealer. i've looked at carshield (but heard bad things about them) and concord. both concord & liberty bell have some fairly consistent reviews showing weird reasons claims have been denied, which worries me.
