It ultimately depends on the exact tire you use since the specs are all a bit different depending on the brand... The only way to find out is to mount them and see where they rub.

Since stocks are 255-55*20 you would be going up in both diameter and width. Plus it's going to blow your speedometer. I would look at the online details on size differences between them. I think you'll lose some performance off road in addition to the speedometer reading.

For the speed 'issue':
Speed difference is only about 1 mph faster than indicated at 30 mph, 2 mph faster than indicated at 60 mph.

255/55/20 is 280.5 mm plus 20 inches = 11.04 inches plus 20 inches = 31.04 inch diameter.
275/55/20 is 302.5 mm plus 20 inches = 11.91 inches plus 20 inches = 31.91 inch diameter.
31.91 divided by 31.04 = 1.028 = an increase of only 2.8 percent.
Varies a little by tire manufacturer.

The calculator I show says at 60 mph indicated you'll actually be doing 64.

This calculator shows 60MPH as 61.9MPH using OEM of 31 inches and New as 32 inches (This being a simple approximation, not exact due to other variables not presented in the formula). Not sure what your inputs were for your calculation.
