Hi All,
I have owned her since 8/2014. Got her cheap with rebuilt/salvage title. So far I have invested in a head gasket and valve job and repaired / refurbished the ABS brakes, just to get her safe and drivable. It even passed the NJ inspection.
I refurbed the suspension with TerraFirma Medium Duty springs/shocks. I also lifted her a bit more with a 3 inch body lift.
The goal is to run 315/75r16 tires.
I have a new front driveshaft, a 180f thermostat, and 2 inch spring spacers in the garage waiting to be installed when the weather warms up a bit.
The long list of things to accomplish include repairing 2 door lock assemblies and some tweetie bird interior fan noise.
The truck is a good runner, tows my trailer for work a few times a week. I have put 6k miles on her since I got it.
It leaks a fair amount of oil and makes the horrible slipped sleeve noise when warm. I like to think of these 2 issues as personality quirks instead of issues that need immediate repair.
This forum has been quite a technical resource for me as well as entertaining. Im glad to be a part of it.

Wow, just noticed those oil stains on the concrete in the first picture. I should probably park that in front of the neighbors house.
