98 rr HSE hard start idles good barely moves
Hi everyone I am new here and recently pick up a 98 Range Rover HSE. I am trying to learn about them as well as repairing so I can drive it. I picked up the rover with the air suspensions removed and sits on coils and regular shocks. I have a hard time starting the vehicle and takes several tries. Once started usually pumping on the gas for a few moments the vehicle idles great and true. When I drive it it is slow to accelerate. I give it more gas it acts like it's trying to choke out as if not getting enough gas and does the same on hills. I have replaced the fuel pump, filter and regulator along with spark plugs wires and air filter. Still running the same thing and there are no codes or engine light. Only thing it says is 35 mph max due to the eas fault for the lack of the air suspension and the srs light other than that nothing. Can someone please help me thanks
Chris
