Hi all,

I live in South Central Michigan and I am the, not so proud anymore, owner of a neglected NAS Disco I SE7 V8 4.0 with 137K.

I bought the disco in 2007 with 70K and I have been using it as my daily driver as well as for some really gentle off roading on WE.

As with all discos, or as expected with any 13yo 137K truck for that matter, I am experiencing some tough love right now, the disco has been falling appart for the last few months.

I have been overseas a lot for the last few years and I was supposed to buy a new one this year so I neglected the major repairs needed in 2009, but things didn't go as plan unfortunately and I am stuck with a disco in bad shape now.

I am no "experienced" mechanic but I am more experienced in the DIY home industry so I am usually capable on working or fixing most things by myself with some detailled guidance.

I am grateful for the forums and it's people because I am very much in need of first hand advice.

I hope you will excuse my grammatically incorrect sentences, english is not my primary language and I left high school some 20 years ago so I am dealing with my english lessong leftovers.
