Please anyone help. I has a friend install a new thermostat houseing and thermostat on my 2006 lr3 hse. Battery died while awaiting parts so i onstalled new h7. To my dismay when key is inserted into ignition hazard lights starrt to flash. Dash lights come on. When i turn ignition there is no response. Prior to ordering parts the rover fired right up just would over heat. Please anyone with some advice. I have tried disconnecting the battery. The suv responds when i press the key fob buttons. Anyone have any ideas before i haul it to the shop thank you.
