Hey everyone! I'm a longtime VW, Land Cruiser and Jeep guy, and just picked up my first Disco (1998) - see below. It has 108K miles and is in pretty good shape, but needs a little TLC here and here.
Question:

• What should I have checked out first?
• What systems do I need to keep an eye on at this mileage?
• Any recommendations for shops/mechanics in Orange County, CA?

I'll be digging into it next week, but just want to get some community knowledge from the Disco universe.

Great find! Don’t change anything, that’s a fine color and year. I’d probably lose the spare tire cover. What size are the tires? They look big.

Thanks. Tires are 265/75s...they are big. They rub at full turn, but not bad. Not planning to flip it...at least for now. My oldest kiddo will turn 16 late next year, so I'm thinking it's an idea first car for him. He's a big kid, so the higher roof is key.

Will check out West Coast Rovers - thanks! Power steering pump leaks - and not a little - so that's first up. Will share some more pix this week.
