Default First time LR owner with my 2006 LR3

Hello, folks,

I'm srey, and I bought my first Land Rover back in January. I knew it was a project when I bought it, and I haven't been able to drive it all due to a transmission fault. I guess that a lie, as I was able to drive it home with a chase truck behind me in case it stopped moving. I won't go over what I think is going on with it and what I'm doing to get the project rolling in this post, but it suffices to say that it's sat in my driveway unmoving until about a week ago. I look forward to interacting with and learning from all of you!

Here's a pic from the day I brought it home.

Find a mechanic/shop who can work on Rovers. let em give you the list.

That's where I would start.

Thanks! I'm going to be doing most everything myself. I started a build thread in the other sub-forum and everything!
