Default First timer Land Rover buyer

Today I pick up my ´98 Landrover Disco so I´m a newbie here!!
Moved to Iceland from England two years ago and realised how essential it was to own a 4x4.

PS. Already trying to find clear front indicators for this model but it seems that there is not much availible to facelift this vehicle, right?

Their are loads of products on the market for the disco, including the clear indicators.. i think www.simmonites.co.uk will be able to help you.

I beleive that their is one garage which are experts at modding Land Rovers for the Icelandic way of driving.. Will try and find the details of it as I am sure I saw it in one of the landoe mags recently..

Sorry to hear the clutch has gone, is it a big job, depends on your view, and how they do it.

You need to either remove the engine or remove the gearbox.

Some mechanics around here just remove the engine enough to be able to get into the clutch, normally only takes a day to do..
