Front Valve Block - date of production

Front Valve Block Range Rover

Do any of you know how to read the production date from this valve?
Is the production date encoded in 19070817?

Looks like 17 AUG 2007 but that is a guess welcome to the forum

Edit: FYI - I would think they are dated because the genuine boxes for the valves have a "use by" date on them. Rather odd, but maybe Rover expects the rubber seals to only last so long.
