Default General info

Hello, I am a newbie. Just purchased a 1995 Range Rover County LWB. This is by far the nicest thing I have ever owned. The one thing I need to know since I am a doit your selfer; where can I get a good quality manual? I see some on ebay, but not sure if the are worth the money. I am sure these are dumb questions but I didn't get a owners manual either... So,

As far as I can tell, its all wheel drive hi / low range ??
It has the air suspension (not 100% on the middle button) between the up and down what its function actually is.. and yes the air suspension works (for now)
Oh yea, the key chain remote that unlocks the doors is broken, is there is there a inexpensive fix for this???
Thanks for listening to a newbie,
Mark [8D]

General info on the book. The book will pay for itself the first time you need it. I like the factory manual, but there is a haynes manual. Mine has paid for itself many times over. All rovers the big trick is keep the maintanence up to date. DIY is a good thing, the more you know you own the best you will be able to tell what is wrong. I have a 96 disco and had it since 96. I still love the vehicle. 130k on it all over the place. There is a list of parts supplies in the forum search. It is a good thing to have. Getting involved with a rover club is fun and is also a good resource for help. Enjoy your rover. Hope it helps.
Gotta love a rover. welcome. duboff
