Default Hello from Arizona!

Hi all! My name is Melina and I'm new to the site. I'm currently a college student-athlete who is going into the medical field and I've grown up with Land Rovers. I have had my green 06 LR3 SE since I was 15 years old and I have always appreciated the off road capabilities of the land rovers so I am now starting to look at modifications I can put on mine!

Keep your mods for after college - when you can stop paying $300 for a text book, etc. Welcome.

Savannah Buzz,

Thanks for the tip but my entire education and books are paid for through college-athletics, I have room to make these mods, I just came here to learn more about it.

Great! What sport? What major?

I just wrote the check for tuition, dorm, food card, books, endless fees; for my daughter at university. $200 for a book, I used to pay $132 for full load tuition for a quarter when I went back in the Dark Ages.

Speaking of mods, you may want to be sure your maintenace is up to date for arduous use, or ahead of schedule. As example, that front diff holds less than 2 soda cans of fluid. The D1 holds 3 times as much, yet your truck weighs 1300 pounds more and has a more powerful engine. IMHO the factory interval of 10 years or 150,000 miles is too optimistic.

Factory maintenace list attached.
