I am from Maryland and I have own 2000 D 2 , I am looking for a good and reliable Mechanic possibly mobile. The guy I used before is now out of the area and he was great.

I am having a tranny temp gauge and performance issue as well as a Cylinder 7 Misfire.

Trying to do the work myself or get a great price any help please bring it on.

 

Oh I am sorry to hear that you have cylinder 7 misfire and heat gauge issues. The tranny has a temp symbol, if it is the coolant heat gauge that is going up, the front/rear cylinders are where many head gaskets leak.

But do more diagnostics before jumping on the head gasket tear down.

And tell us more about your tranny temp, please do this on the regular part of the forum where more eyeballz seez it.
