Default Hello from the newbie in Oregon (us)

Hi
It say that I should introduce me, so ..well, I try..

I am "theSwede", here on this blog, due from that, I actually moved to the US for just about 7 years ago, from, well guess... sweden!

I bough me an ol Disco -96, that I planning to make to a buggy.

Yeah yeah, I know, lots of You hate to do that with a Rover...and why, etc..

Well I live in Coos Bay, on the Oregon coast and we have a tons of big Dunes..
The Dunes!
So with lots of time spent out there, and the love of offroading, with and without Rovers..
I just don't want to be another JEEP dude, JEEP built thing..
And again, the low weight on the rover engine, coils on all 4 corners from beginning, why not!?
And I like Rovers!
I have been passing a bigger numbers of Rovers thru my hands, so I am familiar to them, except for one part!
The RAVE! That is totally new to me. Thank You guys!
So now I just need to understand it too!

Well thats for now.
Bye and hope to see Ya out there! At least the closer ones!

Welcome! I suggest hitting up the folks from the NW Overland or Pacific Coast Rover Club. Lots of active members especially with the former.
