I'm considering a 2002 ML500 vs a 2002 Range Rover. They have similar features and mileage (about 45k miles each). Prices are $29k for the Rover and $27k for the ML500. I hope to use this for business (about 10000 miles per year) and some travel and boat towing. Maybe including a trip late this summer from Kentucky to Alaska for a month on the road. After several back surgeries, I'm interested in recommendations for comfort. Reliability and service are also concerns. I'm OK with most DIY projects, repairs or upgrades.
