*In the style of an AA meeting*

I'm, Skelly from the UK and I've not had a non-Landrover for 12 years. My First was a 59 SWB Diesel, my second a 67 ex Military 2 1/4 petrol LWB Called Elsa which I rebuilt constantly for 8 years and saw the introduction of my 2 kids to the world of Landrovers. My next was a 61-76 hybrid called Stamford. Chassis of a 61 with a series III body which lasted till I could afford a Disco ( see 'Help !?!?! Black Smoke' thread lol ) Called Andy-The-Landie ( kids eh, gotta name everything ) and one day I hope to be able to afford the mecca of all Landrover owners.... The Defender

i'm a ford truck man and land rover is owned by ford and i consider it a truck so i'm a land rover truck man and i drive my rover in the west Texas oil fields and have never been stuck and still have street tires thank God.
