Unhappy Interior Break Pads

My rear break pads are worn, with less than 20,000 miles. Took in and and only the interior are worn and outside are not. Land Rover says due to torque on back breaks and not covered warranty. Several mechanics think it is more than that and they can change pads, but would not solve the issue. I need help!! Thank you.

BUT here is the "real" problem....
Several mechanics think it is more than that and they can change pads, but would not solve the issue.
1 half competent monkey would be able to diagnose this problem in WAY UNDER 30 minutes (and that includes the time to get the truck on the lift).
And OP I'm not bagging on you, but the "mechanics"!
OMG this is NOT rocket surgery.
