Hi, im new to land rovers, i finally got a discovery like i've always wanted. Its a 99 disco sd with 177,000 miles, was told needed a head gasket, but the story makes no sense for a blown head gasket. It was at a used car dealership and they had it out for a test drive, drove fine and took it back to the lot. Went back to start it a little later and it wouldn't start. Unfortunately that is all i know about it and cannot verify any issues or conditions as i was told this by who i got it from. I just got it Saturday so i have yet to play with it. Any advice would be helpful, its in great condition so i'd love to have it running soon
