Anybody know where i can get a part for fr2 2010 roof rail end cap o/side rear Part No; LR00 6610, It is the cover to hide fittings, some kind person has lifted it.
All agent's want to sell me all four corners but only need this plastic cover.

First, welcome. From reading this forum you will see that it is very important you maintain the vehicle at or ahead of schedule, you will see many posts related to problems that came from deferred maintenance.

Well, if you have tried some of the on line retailers, like Atlantic British and Rovers North; you may have to resort to the ever evil and greedy "stealership". With the vehicle being so new it is unlikely you would find one in a salvage yard, as a wrecked one would be considered "rebuildable". You may have to purchase a set, and keep spares on hand (who knows when the others will fall off?). Or put some duct tape on it for that "LA" look (lower Alabama). Or cover it by bolting on some other antenna, bracket, flag holder (college football starts soon), wild animal containment frame, or any of the other strange things you seen atop Rovers - makes it easy to find in a parking lot.

How about some photos of the vehicle and part? Rochester is the center of the world of photography....

try Paddock or Craddock, ring them and see if they have or know anyone that might have what you need.
