Thumbs down Landies Man

I bought my first Landy Troopy six cylinder petrol Ser. IIA in 1979. After that I switched to the Discos in 1990, Td, Tdi, Td5 and the one I am driving now is Disco 4 2013. I use the Disco mainly to tow our 21f 6in Caravan.
We have been twice around Australia towing the van without any major problems.
I regularly change the sump oil and filter every 10,000 km. or less. Also changed Gearbox oil and filter at 40,000km.
The odometer is still under 70,000km
Now I have a problem with the Passengers Lock.
It does not respond to the remote. I have to lock and unlock the door manually. It becomes a bit of a nuisance after a while.
Can any one enlighten me and possible a solution to this annoyance?

It's probably the actuator. But this is the wrong section for technical questions.
