Hi Guys, After realizing that the vehicle of my dreams was just out of reach due to budget constraints, I decided to convert the front end of my Wrangler to a Defender. See the attached pick. My question for you is should I go with a black bonnet or make it dark green like the rest of the vehicle. Thank you for any constructive or funny feedback.

I'm very serious. This is actually my 2nd build. I love Defenders but, needed a less expensive route to get the look I wanted in a wrangler which I also love. I get the best of both worlds.

Why not get an older Disco or P38? Way cheaper than a Defender. You’ll probably regret butchering your Wrangler.

As long as you are NOT spending my money and this makes you happy.... got nuts!

But I don't get it. This is like putting a Ferrari body kit on a Fiero or wearing a Fake Rolex.
Please save you money and get a proper Defender.

I believe there's an aftermarket company out there that makes a jeep roof top with safari windows. Saw it on another site somewhere...l know...not much of a lead.

Oh...and there's only one "true" pretender.
