Default Never did I imagine

Howdy, all!

It's been a household joke that my next vehicle would be a Land Rover. Never did we really imagine that it would come to this, but I got a great deal on a gently used LR3. The only issue that it has is that the fog lights don't turn on - blown fuse, and it looks like that the wires shorting against the frame is a common issue. That's an easy fix as soon as it warms slightly here in S. Ohio.

I haven't been as pleased with a vehicle since my 1978 Datsun 280z (which was awesome in a completely different way). Oh, and my happiness level with that car was off the charts. I think that the LR3 may top it.

My 2006 Mustang GT got traded in, a car that I was always "OK" with, but it never inspired the deep car love that I have now...

Anyway, I'm a complete novice to Land Rover, but not a novice to working on cars. If there's a way that I can help, I'll chime in with deference to the experts, of course.

Welcome. Full factory manual set in download links below for the LR3. Advise you change all fluids at greater frequency than factory spec.
