Welcome, lots of good mechanics in Charlotte on South Tryon, where you have to take your engine block inside every night. Nice junkyards also, with on-line inventory.

re: a bigger cheaper vehicle - they are bigger, but seldom cheaper. 15 mpg ish. Factory service and owner manuals are a free download called the RAVE, links below.
