New Colorado Member!
Hey everyone - new member here from the Denver area. Thanks for all of the great write-ups & knowledge on almost every topic that I would need.
Here's a picture from a week or so ago up at Slaughter House Gulch (notice my kids in the back.)

We did not - just up to the t where the trail starts. There was about a foot of snow on the trail (and tracks where others have gone) and I didn't want to get stuck out there with my kids. I'm actually going back out there tomorrow with a buddy - hoping to not get stuck in the snow.
I hope the other guy has a winch.
Winter wheeling is a blast, but go prepared. A decent set of chains will get you a lot further than tires alone. I've been back in that areas with over two feet of fresh snow (versus old, frozen, crunchy snow) and had a blast.

welcome to the forum. great pics. damn, even when i lived in new york, the closest i would get to something like that would be if i drove through central park. the joggers hated it, but hey, i was training them to run faster
now that i am in florida, the most off road i do is running on the shoulder to get out of the way from the crazies here.
