Default From New Def to Discovery 1

I am happy to join this forum. First of all, sorry for my English, I will try my best to do my posts understandable.

When deciding which next company car will substitute my Skoda Superb, I was coming across the new Defender and I was studying information about the company history, old def, present situation. Finally, in November, I decided to order 100 D250.

But...I became more enthusiastic about Land Rovers, I wanted to buy myself old DEF (as the new one is completely different type of vehicle).

But looking for old defender being available, I found them bit overpriced at the moment.

Then I saw the old Discovery 1 and fell I love with this car.

After the couple of weeks of search, last week I bought one.

Where are you located and welcome. The Discovery I is basically a more comfortable Defender so you cant go wrong. Post some photos of your new Discovery if possible.

Very cool. The three door model was never offered in the states, or with a manual trans, or with diesel. Looks pretty clean, but Dl's are known to have rust issues in floor pans, front footwells and storage in rear. Just pull the carpet up and check. Good luck with your new Dl and welcome to the group.
