Hello everyone,

I just picked up an 03 Disco II S7 the other day and thanks to this forum I've been stalking for a while, I feel I picked up a decent specimen. It is a Disco that falls in that "bad" VIN range, but everything mechanical wise appears solid. No issues with the trim and moldings. Paint is in great shape. The "three amigos" have showed up intermittently as I test drove. The service engine soon light lit up on the drive home and the headliner where the second sunroof spot is on the SE is saggin a tad and a worn driver's seat cushion bolster. The rest of the seats and interior are in pretty good condition for 148k vehicle. Other than that it's a clean Carfax model and drove great on the 3hr ride home. Looking forward to learning more about this Disco in order to keep it going for quite some time and to share what I have and will learn.
