Hi,

My name is Chadwick and I'm new here. After searching for the best vehicle to put my already acquired gm 5.3 V8 engine I have come to the conclusion that I really love the discovery 2. As a fabricator I have worked on a few of them in the past (including a sweet diesel conversion that belonged to a fairly famous, bearded, diesel personality). I always thought they were cool, but I didn't like the engines. Ahh! Wheels are turning and I'm just begging for frustration and disappointment I know.
Anyway, I just put a deposit on a fairly clean 03 disco that needs a new engine and my wife actually agreed that it sounded like a good idea. I suppose if it keeps me away from the dancing girls and pool halls!
