My '89 Range Rover has the standard gas V8.
How hard would it be to subsitute a diesel engine (like the VM2.5L)?
Would this be legal in the US?

I thing East Coast Rovers has done the diesel change.
Yes check www.eastcoastrover.com under ECR current projects
they are working on a D-90.
