Boston TrailMasters(BTM) is a new independent Land Rover Repair Facility that myself(Eric) and my tech (Artie) opened in Chestnut Hill MA to help our fellow Rover, Disco and Defender owners in the service and repair of their beloved vehicles. We both were previous dealership employees who grew tired of the way the big guys screwed us Rover owners. Artie is a master tech who lives and breathes the Rover brand and I was a service writer who grew frustrated with the way the dealer wanted me to push the BS way of getting all the $$ from the client. We opened up our shop to provide " dealership quality service without the dealership cost" We use all OEM parts from the various vendors through our years in the business as well as using Rovers North and British Atlantic. Our prices are way below the average. I refuse to charge list price on parts. My pricing is a fraction over cost. I would rather make a little money and keep my clients coming back then jamming my clients for all the money in their pocket and never seeing them again.
