Default New to the Land Rover world

Hello, my name is Jason I am new here. I just purchased a 2003 Land Rover Discovery. I love it so far. It does need a little work and I hope that here I will be able to learn what I need to know about my Discovery.

Welcome. Start with the tech section, look at the 60K mile service, and pay special attention to the front propshaft rebuild, the stock shaft can split and poke big hole in transmission. Cooling system must be in good shape, coolant temp gauge is optimistic, try a scanner or Ultra Gauge to keep close eye on engine temps. Download the entire RAVE set of shop, electrical, and owner manuals for free below.
