Default New to me 06 LR3 HSE/HD in Littleton Colorado

New to offroading - been a passenger for a couple years in friends' rigs (Disco II, JK Unlimited, XJ) but always wanted one myself after dirt biking around colorado the last few years.
I was never really serious about getting another vehicle over the last couple years (especially the last couple weeks), but stumbled on a decently priced 2006 LR3 HSE with HD package (120k miles) a few weekends ago. After reading up on the Disco IIs and LR3s over the last couple years and constantly having my college buddy send me potential Disco IIs on craigslist, Im excited to finally be able to hit my gun range in the winter (rough access), snowboard during powder days, and just accessing some trails in the summer. Decided my current RWD tahoe wasnt cutting it anymore (keeping it as a tow rig though).

The LR3 needs some minor work on the suspension to find out where it leaks from and I have the Adaptive Headlights warning flashing. I've gone through the vehicle a few times over and here are a few issues on the top of my list:

Issues:
-Fix drivers heated seat (doesnt warm up as much as the passenger seat and its cold as ****)
-Find suspension leak (when set to offroad height and left sitting for 12-24hrs):
~15 hour test with fuse F3E removed and F26E installed: car drops 3.125"/2.25" & 2"/1" (LF/RF LR/RR)
~24 hr test with fuse F26E removed: car drops 6"/3.75" & 4.5"/2"
Airbags inflate from dropped height to offroad height in about a minute and compressor cuts off 2-3 min after reaching offroad height. I have not heard the compressor come back on until I start messing with the height settings and engage offroad height again from standard height or access height
-Fix AHF warning - lights go through a test cycle upon start up and dont seem to be a problem. I'll have to record the headlights upon start up to see whats actually going on-VVT Solenoid rattles for 2-3 seconds upon cold start and doesnt repeat until following day (although one very cold morning this week the noise was not apparent upon cold start)
-Out of limit flashing red dash mark on the 4x4 screen (lower limit dash mark flashing), may just need a new ride height sensor on the front left

Future plans:
Buy a Gap IID tool
Since the front left airbag drops the most, I'll remove the front valve block, clean and repeat test. If no change, purchase new front valve block since that component isnt too much $.
All fluids to be flushed and new pads/rotors installed in the next month or so
Use as the snowboard rig for the winter with a few trips to Loveland when the Tahoe (RWD only) doesnt cut it on snowy days
Prepare the LR3 for the spring by fixing suspension issues

Hopefully by the spring the vehicle will be ready

-Tom
