Dear all,

I bought a Disco II in 2008 when I was moving to the frozen north of Sweden. I have since been lurking on numerous forums, looking for solutions to a number of questions I have had over the years. My nearest Land Rover dealer is over 600 kms away and my local garage always ask me when I am going to buy a Volvo when I roll in! Hence I have to do a lot of my work myself. These forums have been a God send I have to say and now that I am not a complete Newbie I can perhaps start giving back! So here I am.
This said I have had the "amigos" for over a year now but lack of time and proximity to the car have meant I have not been able to deal with it. I have however, purchased a new ABS sensor that is waiting for me at home (currently in Iraq) when I get back and I will install and go to my local garage to ask them to reset the fault and see if that solves it. Fingers crossed!
