Hi,

just to let you know something about me and why I`ve joined.

I retired a few years ago and whilst waiting around for the wife to do the same, I have become bored so I`m considering buying a used Landrover.
I`m a time served diesel injection engineer and spent the last twenty or so years as an HGV mechanic so I know what a black thumb nail looks like.

My knowledge is on the old stuff and not the modern chipped stuff.

I will be making a technical request about an engine change in the forums when I find my feet.
