Hi All. I just bought a 2004 Diso 2 with 180k miles from I believe 3 owners. It’s a little Rough mechanically 3 amigos, motor runs rough, brakes aren’t so good, the transmission feels funky, needs a windshield, it’s bone stock, needs paint hood and roof, has a nasty exhaust leak from some Butthole trying to cut the cats, oil light comes on occasionally, it feels gutless to me. The good, body is straight, the headliner is good, power windows and sunroofs work, door locks work,it doesn’t overheat. Power seats work, the leather is good. Warning I’ll be blowing you guys up with questions ,Now The Plan. I will be power washing the motor and undercarriage this weekend and start tearing it into the motor. I will do a compression check for a baseline first then pull the Heads. If I don't like what I see I will then perform a Block pressure check, and if that looks good I'll order the top-end re-build kit from Lucky-8 with head studs with timing chain, and oil pump gears. I'm really on the fence about just going straight to an LS Swap from ACE. Ill know this week Lol

Cool! Looks like an S model with sunroof add. That leather is actually Leatherette... It wears better than the cow product.

Well done!
