Hello community, my name is Kneco (Nico) and I just purchased a 1998 disco II. This is my first real awd off road capable vehicle. I come from a back ground of road racing German cars. My current track car is a Porsche 911. I frequent Waterford Hills, Gratten and Gingerman.

I think I found a new love in off roading. I went with a few coworkers to a few Northern MI areas and fell in love with the sport. My future mods will be a Terrafirma 2" lift, tires, some sort of winch bumper and maybe a few Hella lights to help with the look. The sagging head liner is a real pain, this could be moved to #1 on the list.

I don't have many pics of the disco because I'm getting fluids changed and gone over by my mechanic.

I was just reading your thread on winch bumpers and was very excited to see that you are from MI. I'm always in Grand Rapids racing my cars at Gingerman and Gratten race tracks. Have you began producing these bumpers? I'll be in the market for one very soon. I may have to stop by and get a few pointers on rigging my rig. I like everything you've done to yours and like the DIY stuff the most.
