Spent many years offroading in company trucks. I have owned a few vehicles I've used for the purpose including an 85 CJ5, 76 Landcruiser and a Jeep J10. I have always wanted a defender but there are none available for a reasonable price. For a few years I've been looking at the Discovery since I noticed a lifted one with bumpers in a lot I park in.

I've done a little research including on this site and it's been helpful. Currently I'm viewing a few with a better idea what to look out for and with a few model years in mind.

Thanks

Greg

Welcome to the forum. Be sure to check in the individual forums for information on the vehicles you're interested in.

It happened. I did a fairly thorough check of the electrical today. Everything appears to work. Passenger side window is rough and I don't have the radio code. All things considered for 21 years old and 285,000 km pretty good shape. I'll be needing some help however.
