Default New owner of a 2004 Disco II with LOTS of questions!

Hello everyone!
Glad to be here in this forum as I dive into the ins and outs of my newly acquired 2004 Discovery II. I purchased the vehicle this past week with 128k miles and though it's been well cared for and maintained, there are a number of issues I know I'll need to address in short order. First off, I'm working on diagnosing a clicking I believe to be coming from the rear prop shaft after the previous owner added a 2 inch lift, though I'm not certain their correlated.
But before I ask a ton of questions I'm sure are answered multiple times in the forum, let me start by saying I'm relatively new to 4x4's in general and even knowing where to start in asking questions poses a minor learning curve at this stage.
So. I'll start there:
What are some recommended and trusted resources for this particular model Disco II? I'm afraid I'm already getting overwhelmed with differing and conflicting information.

Welcome here Daniel. You will find most of the info you’re looking for in the Disco 2 section of this forum. That’s also the right place to ask your technical questions.
