Just picked up a 2001 Discovery II. Looking forward to absorbing all of the knowledge on here.

Welcome. Start with the RAVE, a free download of the factory set of shop, electrical, and owner manuals. Beware of the temp gauge, it is very often "under" the true reading from an OBDII scanner. And study up on the front drive shaft rebuild, oem one will snap and tear hole in transmission

Default Downloaded the RAVE...
What a great tool. Today I bought a Lucky8 front driveshaft. After this post I will be ordering an Ultra Gauge.
