Default Newbie in WA

I have a 96 Disco with a bad oil pump engine is rattling, picked up a 4.0 from a wrecking yard, 170 all cylinders, unknown mileage, good oil pressure...going to start a swap in a fwe days any off the cuff advise appreciated...nice forum... thanks in advance

Down load the RAVE shop manual at links below. Use what ever sensors go with the ECU that you have in the truck. As an example, don't try to mix a D2 engine in a D1 truck, sensors won't match up.
