Default No terrain response **** !

Hello, I am new to this forum and new to land rover ownership. Did own a 2003 disco series ll for a few months , then got an offer I couldn't refuse, sold it and bought a 2006 lr3 sight unseen !!! I know, I know I know, nobody can be that dumb, we'll it looked good in the pics. It has a few issues that I'm sure between Atlantic British and my local garage can be sorted. However, I must be the only lr3 owner that doesn't have a terrain response **** ! It has the switch for high and low range and the yellow hill decent and that's it. I was under the assumption that all lr3 s had that option, guess not. Anyone else have a "barest bones" 6cyl lr3 ? ps. I still think it is a great truck

You probably have a coil spring truck if memory serves they did not have the terrain response system

Guessing it is one of the very rare coil-sprung models with the V6 that showed up in the US 2005/06?

Too bad if it doesn't have one, good driving can make up for it but it is super neat to use.

Otherwise congrats on getting a rarity. The V6 while a little underpowered should be Ford-based and not hard to fix! Plus no EAS means less things to break.

I appreciate the information very much .....it makes me feel kind of special to own a 'rare" model ! .....at least I won't have to be dealing with any air shock issues in the future....once again thank you for sharing your land rover knowledge.......
