Question Old f*** from Canada

Hi all, just joined forum after reading a lot of posts. I just retired and so have lost company vehicle and CC. Therefore I am also in the market for a LR. After reading various opinions on various sites- I felt there was a consensus that the most reliable was the 1995 Disco. Edmunds and some other rating sites rate the 98 Disco as the most reliable?? I have found, what looks like a fairly pristine 95 with 130xxx kilometers on it. Pics show good body & interior. Wll look at it in a week when owner gets back into town. I wrenched for a variety of machines when younger and stupider- raced open motocross, dragged a 1100 Suzuki, and have had a lot of work experience wiring digital controls. Want something a little unique that may need me once in a while. Thanx for any help.
