Default Plans to go out west

My girlfriend and I recently bought a 2001 Disco with the intention of setting it up for a couple months of road tripping/exploring.

Several small projects in mind before we take her out on the road include:
Taking out rear seats
Building a bed platform/storage spaces
Installing a roof rack possibly a ladder
Replacing o2 sensors
Troubleshooting the driver's seat motor
Rigging it with a 12v fridge/small solar panel & battery
Rewiring taillights
Replacing rear doors seals (tons of draft right now)
Replacing driver door lock (no key for it/different than ignition)
Possibly replacing the headliner which has been torn out completely
aaaandd...
Trying to figure out what actually could be a problem further down the road.
Looks like a litany of electrical funkiness going on with ABS, TC, HDC, and Service engine lights on... Spedo is about 10 mph off, and odometer is blinking.

Keeping my fingers crossed in hopes that we didn't just throw money at a chronic headache.

if you build a storage area for the back just make it the same height as the seat folded, approx. 12" then you dont need to remove the seat just fold it when sleeping.
