Hi guys! Hope everyone is well and there beasts are purring...mine....well isn't quite doing that 😅
Its a 1996 discovery 300tdi auto- es spec.

It's not in too bad shape chassis wise but I've a few issues.Lots of wiring bodges lol. It's sounding extra clattery, especially when accelerating- very sluggish too. I believe the MAF is buggered as plugging in or unplugged makes no difference. It's had a egr blank at some point. I get there normally slow (I'm used to my 300bhp Saab 9-5) but it's extra slow under 2.5k...and loud! EDC fuelling as far as I can tell. Engine light on (guessing maf) and abs light on too. A tiny black wire off the alternator is hanging off? Also Anyone know what this white plug in the picture is? Expect quite a few posts from noob me 😅Many thanks in advance!!

Little white plug?
