I thought the movie was ok. But this scene pissed me off the most. I mean this movie was already full of anachronisms before we ever got to this scene.

I never did get a close enough look at the Land Rover to determine if it really was a "Defender". The Grill was partially recessed, not flush like a defender but not as far back as a Series III. So I'm thinking it was probably some kind of Series Hybrid. If it really was a Land Rover 90, it would have been at least 20ish years out of sync. But at least Series Rover existed in the 60's so that one is still plausible.

The Ultra 4 style buggy is the one that really pissed me off. This is supposed to be the 1960's and there was nothing on that buggy that had been invented in the 1960 yet alone be available as production items.

Yea.... probably a series LR.... but still cool.

C'mon man... you must be a drag to go to the movies with. All critical and exacting. It's an escape. It's just fun. It's movement..... color, emotion. It's not engineering instructions.

I watched the recent Guy Ritchie movie and found it rather disappointing.

IMO He's standard of making movies since his early days has dropped
