Coolest car you'v persoanlly owned to date.
I am an old rotary freak and still have a soft spot for the "RX's". I lost my old pics of my cars due a failed hard drive, so I found ones that looked very similar in color and set up...
The "FC"....same RE-A kit, color, but it had NT-03r wheels...

The "2"...same color, stance, but had Panasport wheels...

And non-4wheels....my "RVF" race bike. I am a total idiot for selling her. I should have just parked her in my living room. But, the time in my life when I ended my racing career, I had to wipe that time of my life clean......but that was the wrong decision...

2000 XK8 Jaguar convertible after market supercharger, chipped and so damn sexy. British Racing Green w/ a tan top and interior 20" chrome BBS rims 850 watt custom stereo system...I totaled it on the interstate at like 10 at night when some jack *** prison guard decided to go from the slow lane to the fast lane and brake check me. I was doing last time I checked 125 MPH. I was reading a text and looked up and saw his brake lights on. He had some POS 80's beat up chevy station wagon. My insurance gave him 6 grand for it. The insurance adjuster thinks he did it on purpose, even had a few people that saw the whole thing happen. It could never be proven because I was doing at least 70 miles over the speed limit and he knew cops so they never pursued it even asked my insurance requested numerous times that they do. I bought her back from the insurance company and parted her out on ebay making $17000.00 profit. She was just so sexy! This on still burns me and it was 10 years ago!!
My job requires i own a few Landies which i all love, and in my youth i had a Mini that was pretty special, but my current pride and joy that i have owned from new is a Mercedes SL 55 AMG roadster

From factory as a 5.5 liter supercharged AMG engine it has near 500BHP on tap, but being supercharged, it is quick and cheap to swap out the Supercharger pulley and get 750 BHP out of it
The only drawback with it is that with such performance you have to work really hard to keep your hands on the steering wheel

Cheers ArmyRover
Yea, it certainly is a very nice car. I got her new in 2003 when things were looking up, and i still had an option to own a duty free car that would have otherwise added 150% to it's initial cost, and TBH it was and still is the only nice thing i have ever really managed to treat myself to. Hence it really is my utter pride and joy.
It was never going to be a good investment and the depreciation is astonishing.
As such I rarely use it, barely 1K per year and have kept it totally mint, in the hope of enjoying it more in my later years, but sadly this year the neighbors covered it in paint over-spray, including the entire interior.
It is all really now quite sad.

Mine is a 2011 SRT8 Challenger with a 392 Hemi and a six speed. They just broke the tune codes so next on line is a supercharger once I finish my Disco lift.

I have had several Mustangs from 65-73, one with a 428 Cobra Jet. I still have that engine so some day I will build a Mustang again. For now I am really enjoying my Disco and Challenger.

pretty much all my cars, to me, were and are cool. except for the 2009 honda accord ex-l v6 that i tried to add a turbo. worked for all of 3 days, and then, BLAMMOOOO!! became a great paperweight after that. now, some of the weirdest cars i've owned were a 74 240d volvo with a corvette v8, a datsun 280 z running a 5.0 ford. a 07 volvo s60R that was boosted to within an inch of its life. a 2002 chevy caprice wagon that i made into an SS clone wagon. a 74 dodge ramcharger 4x4 with an elephant of a 440 with a 4-71 blower. drove like ****, but damn did people get out of the way. had a 76 cadillac coupe de'ville that i had added dual carbs to its 500 c.i. v8, lowered it, headers, dumps, tried to chop the top, rattle can black. it wasn't a rat rod more like a rat turd. but it sounded really tough. i know i have pictures stored somewhere, when i find them, i will post for all to have a good laugh in what NOT to do with your cars.
