Looking for someone in the area for some general information. Or any general information others may have about the area.

Great Tex-Mex food. Approach thru mountains you will see wind socks on top of signs that warn of crosswinds. The winds socks will appear starched and stiff. When they bring that tiny container of bright green dip with the chips, don't get the whole container on one chip and pop into your mouth. And when you get to Beaumont, note the mile marker. It be a long way to El Paso, and no way Rovers could make it on one tank of gas.

I grew up in El Paso and went to HS there. I completed some graduate work at Virginia Tech...back when Michael Vick was QB.
