I am going Russian
I see 3 Russian cars and a child's bicycle so are you going for the bike? The Lada Niva is a pretty basic 4X4 with a carb and uses rivets to hold some of the body together, but they were sold in the 1980's here in Canada and generally were half decent, but depreciated rapidly. Soviet era cars were not very reliable but at least were fairly easy to fix...
On paper the car is 1600 cc
So far you folks have not talked me out of this, however, the suggestion of bicycle in the purchase was great.
I have seen this car in person and it is pretty bad ***. I figure I have owned a lot of different vehicles but, the opportunity to own a Russian AWD tiny tank may never come again.
Also, I agree that the old Top Gear is one of the best shows there is and I model my life after Jezza (POOOOWWWER!!!)

Can't be any worse than a Land Rover..... the bike will make it more reliable, never stranded. I can't even pick on ya, I owned a Fiat 128 once upon a time...... sad but true. It was my college ride, still got lucky though, never hindered that talent.
Over Labor Day Motor Trend played hours of Top Gear, as soon as the music started I got goose bumps, made up for lack of lucky now. Where else are you going to see a Pagani Huayra?
